    1. Bronchospasm (ALS)
    2. Asthma (ALS)
    3. Exacerbation of COPD (ALS)

    5. Cardiac Arrest (ILS | ALS) endotracheal route

  3. Contraindications/Precautions
    1. None in anaphylaxis

  4. Side Effects
    1. Increased cardiac oxygen consumption
    2. Palpitations
    3. Tachycardia
    4. Hypertension
    5. Anxiousness
    6. Headache

  5. Administration and Dosage
    1. Adult: 0.3 mg subcutaneous may be repeated in 5/min in anaphylaxis
    2. Peds: 0.01 mg/kg up to 0.3mg SQ for anaphylaxis
    3. Peds Cardiac Arrest: 0.1mg/kg 2nd and subsequent doses
